Copyright-violating North Korea to open a copyright agency in here in Tokyo
File this in the “It-Takes-Some-Damn-Nerve” file…

The Yonhap Press reported that North Korea will open a copyright agency in here in Tokyo to stop the non-authorized use of its media and images.
EVEN THOUGH North Korea illegally copies everthing from the overseas, they hope to make some money through the “legal sale” of the publications…maybe a Kim dartboard and NRA targets with his face, hee, hee.
For info from Yonhap News …
I actually know the the guy in Japan rebroadcasting these funny North Korean videos, Rob Pongi and he says:
HAHAHA!!! If they can actually find me, I can imagine that I’ll soon receive ‘Cease and Desist’ orders etc. from some such agency et al. But I’ll just throw them away and then let the ensuing court battle (which we’ll win) begin and then use the news from it for more free PR! Idea We’ve already looked into this at length and according to my attorney, by current Japanese (and American) laws we are fully ‘legal’ in rebroadcasting any North Korean and/or Japanese TV videos as they are not ‘for sale’ at all and entirely FREE!
Stay tuned!
Rob
