It’s almost time to give me a Choco Love Bug!
As Yves pointed out in his post in 3yen’s food section called, “Passionfruit KitKat for Valentine’s day,” soon it’ll be the wild Valentine’s Day in Japan.
This means all the girls have to give guys like me “choco” (Japanese for ‘chocolate’). This Sadie Hawkins Day is the result of massive sales promotion by Japanese chocolate makers. More than 60% of all chocolate in Japan is sold as Valentine’s gifts to men.
