OBVIOUSLY, this is the next great step for mankind.

This is obviously an April’s fool from iPodLounge, but the funniest part is that (as you stated it) it is actually coming AFTER the release of the TOTO one… When it is about Japan, they should have dared going one or too step FURTHER, in order to be believable!
