Bureaucrat murder suspect admits to necrophilia aims
NAGOYA — -A municipal government worker charged with the killing of a 17-year-old girl told investigators he did it because he wanted to have sex with her body, police said.
Yosuke Naito, 27, the former public servant at the Okazaki Municipal Government, also set up a necrophilia website, while necrophilia propaganda such as videos and manga have been seized in police raids on his home. “Live women won’t have a bar of me, so I figured if I had a dead one around I could do with it what I wanted,” Naito told the police.…more…

I can’t image what a “bar” of necrophiliac might look like but I wouldn’t have a bar of it either. And as far as “necrophilia propaganda” (ネクロフィリア 宣伝???) goes, that sounds a bit strange too.
