Original ‘Astro Boy’ coming out first time on DVD November 22nd
Chicago, IL USA— For the first time, U.S. audiences will be able to enjoy all 51 episodes of the original Astro Boy Japanese color TV series from Japan’s “God of Comics,” Osamu Tezuka on DVD….[Astro Boy was the first] anime ever to broadcast outside of Japan, Astro Boy wowed America … and was extremely significant in establishing the popularity of robot heroes …

Although many people outside Japan think “Astro Boy is gay”, here in Japan he’s revered as a god—even the door-closing warning tune at my old commuting site at Takadanobaba station, the Tokyo district where Tezuka created Astro Boy, pipes out the Astro Boy song.
And ohhh, those those rocket-powered boots and black hot pants are sooo sexy and gay in a good way. However, I ‘ve got the hots for Adamu’s little sister for “Uran.”
