This has Absolutely nothing to do with Japan, but it is The Year of the DOG. Hell, it’s the year of the Fire Dog no less but Chinese New Years doesn’t start till January 29. Oops, it’s no longer PC to call it that—you must call it “Lunar New Years” now (to be inclusive all asians who celebrate it, not only the Chinese).
