How hardcore can ya get? Let’s Hello Kitty Stratocaster(tm)!
“YOU ROCK!” to quote the official Hello Kitty Stratocaster website of Fender guitars.
These entry-model Stratocasters have been available since last October in the States with price ranging $200 to 300 USD and will now be sold in Japan (hence the photo below in Sanrio’s showroom in Tokyo on January 26).

The pic on the Sanrio page is amusing. That guitar player is waaaay too serious to be caught playing a Hello Kitty guitar.
It seems a more unique design would have fit the Hello Kitty theme better. Something like that crescent-shaped guitar that came out of Japan (with integrated speaker I believe) a while back.
