I have written about Bosoms for Bikes before (Honda has had motorcycle airbags for a couple of years now for their top-of-the-line Gold Wing motorcycles) but these airbags look to be useful to me.

Would something like that actually be useful? The rider isn’t restrained in any way, so my guess is that the momentum of the impact would carry him or her right over the airbag…

I think the idea is prevent the rider from being impaled on the handlebars.
