I think this ad is just a typo and they wanted to hire ‘blue or green hair, blonde eyes & brightly character’ aliens, hee, hee.

Can you imagine the brouhaha this ad would cause in the real world? No doubt the Japanese schoolmaster who placed this ad is some kind of perv with a blond fetish and doesn’t realize the potential liabilities for a sexual harassment suit (a new tend in Japan).
