I love these pictures and the fareastgizmos.com’s properly flavored engrish write-up. However, fareastgizmos oddly forgot to provide any link to the Japanese maker of the wondrous “Hero, robot type receipt box tissue dispenser.” In addition, the original fareastgizmos.com website keeps crashing, so I had to link to the google cache.

I would looooove to think this new Chindogu site. The world Chindogu (珍道具—inventions of dubious utility) has a great history of ingenious toilet paper creations such as the all-day tissue device pictured on the right.

Anyway, I’ll rather stick to my traditional Tiki God dispenser for my toilet paper needs.
