TOWER REQUESTING CLEARANCE FOR TAKE-OFF TO GREENER PASTURES, OVER.
I saw the strangest plane today—‘Cow Plane’ of ANA Japan.
At first I thought it was the corporate jet emblazoned with the logo of Gateway Computers.
Coming from cowboy country, I just assumed somebody was really into Holstein cows and ordered a wild paint job on their plane as I have seen before on light aircraft in America.
This Boeing 767-300E at Naritita airport is part of ANA’s (All Nippon Airways) celebration of their 20th anniversary of flights to China—it’s a PANDA PLANE.
The engrish slogan (Japanese always have to have a dorky slogan for everything) for this anniversary is, “FLY! PANDA(c)”.
