It’s no secret that China and Japan hate each other…even with squirt guns if need be…. and, it doesn’t help that Japan seized these “islands” in 1895 when it colonized Taiwan and China has been itching to get them back ever since. The-rest-of-the-story is that these aren’t even real islands—just rocks–and Japan wants to retain control control to keep its fishing rights and potential oil resources in the area even though they are far away from Japan and right next to China as shown in the map below.

Your government says protest..so like slaves you do by burning down businesses that employ your own people. Besides burning Japanese cars, turn over your crap replicas of Japanese cars. You can always take a bus to your Foxconn slave labor jobs. Soft power or not, the Japanese nailed your little sampan before it could get away.
