Register Hardware today is reporting that Hitachi is planning to release a small, 3.5-inch, hard disk that can handle five tetra-bytes (5TB). Hitachi says that two of these 5TB hard disk will together, “provide the same storage capacity as the human brain.”
Hitachi plans to release these new super-capacity hard disks by the year 2010—just in time to replace my tired and befuddled brain.

The Japanese fashion label famous for oppressive use of monochrome distressed fabrics that were asymmetrical. Tears, holes and frayed edges were Comme des Garçons’ main fashion feature—not exactly what Louis Vuitton brand brings to mind. This should be a fun pair up.
Rainy season—today is just one of those gray Blade-Runner-on-a-bad-hair-days. Days like this compel me to change my desktop wallpaper to something more appro such as the gray concrete fractal view from South Shinjuku or fishheads in the Tsukiji market.
