Garlic chocolate for Japanese Valentine’s Day
I can’t wait to receive garlic chocolate for Japanese Valentine’s Day from this food company in Takko Japan. The company, Takko Shoji, describes the chocolate as recipe of, “homemade garlic, fermented black walnut, chocolate, cocoa powder.” In the Japanese press release the company said people, “should feel free to eat garlic,” and so they developed at the end of last year a dried prune-like black garlic and matched it with bitter sweet chocolate.
