April ’snow’ in Tokyo
Here by my home on Sakarazaka in south Denenchofu Tokyo it’s “snowing” …
… The fallen cherry blossoms are making sad drifts by the curbs.

When I was at a Sumo event in Tokyo this past Friday the blossoms were floating through the air on the breeze. To watch the wrestlers through the veil of falling cherry blossom petals made the whole things seem magical.
