Sakura romance in otaku Japan

The Murder Burger blog posted this photo of Japanese romance—Two typical otaku taking their love doll dates out of the house in wheelchair for a little fresh air and sake under the cherry blossoms.

   Of course it’s REAL, it’s Japan.
   Think. A wheelchair is the “logical” way to take your true love out to enjoy sakura blossoms. Those 1.5 million yen love dolls are made weigh the same as a human. It’s only polite to take your girl out for date every once and while.
   Using a wheelbarrow wouldn’t be very polite, would it?
   Wouldn’t using a stretcher attract too much attention?
   And, wouldn’t disassembly and carrying body parts in the park cause the police to be called?
