Ok, ok, the Japanese “logic” here is that the robot Mazinger Z (aka Tranzor Z in the rest of the world) made of “Urban Material Chougokin (superalloy)” is a luxury version of a series of super-alloy toys Bandai started to sell 35 years ago. Those first robot toys were made of zinc “super alloy” and they were rather expensive so many little Japanese boys didn’t get the original.
