BUSH TUCKER: Mr Shrub enlists help of volunteers

ECO-HERO the Human Shrub struck again yesterday – with the help of his wife, Mrs Shrub.
Wearing a pink apron over her foliage camouflage, she handed out Bakewell tarts to hungry volunteers.
Her husband had earlier issued a rallying call on social networking website Facebook for help getting rid of weeds from a patch of land and replacing them with flowers and shrubs in Colchester, Essex.
Great-grandmother Myra Kimsey, 80, who answered the anonymous hero’s call, said: “I think what he’s doing is fantastic.”
