On the road in Tsuchiyama in the middle of Japan today, a friend snapped this photo of a “Ninja Kan-cho car.” The “ninja” boy on top of the van is about to perform the dread kan-cho .

What’s a kan-cho?

The insidious kan-cho is a prank played by performed by clasping the hands together so the index fingers are pointing out and attempting to insert them sharply into someone’s anus when the victim is not looking (similar to the wedgie or a goosing) and often executed simultaneously as the offending party loudly yelling “Kan-CHO!” (Wiki).
