[big snip]
…the envisaged system, when users download music files to their cell phones, the song’s ID information will be sent from the cell phone to a computer server, which will check the information….If a user continues to download music, the server will either terminate the downloads or render the phone incapable of playing the music after it has been downloaded.

That’s not really a brick. A brick would be rendering the phone completely inoperative.

Yes some Japanese people are lazy and just want to download directly using their keitai/cellphone.
However, many Japanese have 3G cellphones with a flat-rate data plan, which means they love using such free mobile downloading services.
In addition, many people–especially young people– don’t have computers and use their cellphones for all their computing needs (Japanese is just as difficult to type on a cellphone as it is on a computer).

Immersion of kids make them hyperactive? Drugs improve them being a Squint. Rest everyday and decide your age. Councilors have grave importance, so please flush twice.
