That’s what is expecting once I get in Tokyo?
Yep, you should expect to get stopped by the police from time to time for the crime of bicycling-while-gaijin. Some gaijin never get stopped like me, but that is because I am always wearing a suit and tie and I’m obviously an older-looking Western businessman/professor type.
i’ll be studying there next year maybe :S
I would strongly recommend to NOT to try “studying” in Japan unless you have a scholarship or you are a grad student with a great idea that needs research funding. Basically, there is nothing to learn at backward Japanese universities except the Japanese language. (And, learning the Japanese language alone is less than worthless without special skills in science, business, engineering or “mad skillz” computerwise.)
If you are independently wealthy or have tricked your parents into paying for your studying here, by all means come on over to Japan to torment the girls and go drinking every night. But please don’t think that you will get ANY educational benefit besides learning a meager amount of Japanese. For example, if you lived a year in Germany for a year, you could expect almostnative abilities in speaking German, but living a year in Japan will only give you kindergarten level of Japanese (3-5 years of Japanese study are needed to get any near the lowest level of Japanese language needed to participate in university properly),

Just remember that in Japanese art and designcopying is the only valid way to learn.
You have been warned. Enjoy the atmosphere and Asian influences you can pick up in your artistic work, but don’t expect to formally learn anything in Japan.
(I have a few college degrees, but my first degree was from the Chicago Art Institute in graphic design.)
