Blight makes right
KYODO Press – Jan. 28 TOKYO, Japan…an artist impression of a 29-story building that movie producer Shochiku Co. plans to build after closing the 58-year-old Kabuki-za theater in Tokyo’s Ginza district. A new theater for the traditional Japanese stage entertainment ”kabuki” will be built in a Japanese-style building from the first to fourth floor. The upper part of the 150-meter-high modern building will mainly house offices. Shochiku plans to start constructing the building in October 2010 to complete it in March 2013.
