HYpERBAD: Pastry Chef Amaresan of Novotel Hyderabad has created a traditional Japanese dish called Sushi into an innovative ‘Ice cream Sushi’

the traditional form of sushi is sticky rice with stuffing of sea food, rolled is sea weed. Ice-cream sushi, very similarly is ice-cream rolled in chocolate with fruits stuffing.
