‘Lamp’ for wheelchairs

‘Lamp’ of course is Japanese-engrish for ‘ramp’…
However, check out these steampunk wheelchair “lamps”…

And below we have…
….Mo’ betta wheelchair lamps/ramps in a brand-new Tokyo Metro station.

I changed the perspective of the “Lamp for wheelchairs” but the ramp-to-stairs was built two years ago at the new “Echika” underground shopping area of the redeveloped Ometesando Tokyo Metro station.
And yes the Japanese are that retarded to build a wheelchair ramp ending in a flight of stairs—It’s just typical Japanese construction fraud. Several handicapped restrooms in the Tokyo Metro system, most noticeably the station at Uchisaiwaicho (one of the stations serving the National Diet Building) have ramp-to-stairs for their handicapped restroom.
