Tokyo trains final solution for those pesky handicapped passengers
Previous years the Tokyo Metro has taken rather heavy-handed “solutions” to rid the system of pesky handicapped passengers such as this wheelchair ramp ending in stairs.
Embiggen.
Now the Metro has taken a subtler approach…
