Japan goes for the human centipede massage record

Unlike the kinky example on the left of Tokyo public art (3Yen 2010/July/17), the photo below shows Japan’s latest attempt at new world record for the “longest massage chain” in Yachiyo city near Tokyo, on August 21, 2010.

According to the Yomiuri Shimbun report in Japanese, they failed to break the Guinness Book of Records world record of 1,223 participants because they were (Google Translate), “limited to 465 participants were willing to continue for more than three minutes since many individuals let a column break from a continuous shoulder massage.”

Many of the children “got tired” according Saitou Hiroyuki, the chairman of the event and because of that, “they failed to meet the record, but …I hope everyone will feel the importance of human relationships.”
