J-Pop Tart — Britney Spears?

For a comeback like a bad penny, pathetic Britney Spears tries copying the copycat Harajuku girl—Gwen Stefani’s Japanese “minstrel show” (3Yen).

According to MTV, Britney’s, “manga inspired shots show her in a white wedding [head]dress, wearing a backpack [school bookbag] and baring her legs” in an sukumizu/swimsuit uniform for schoolgirls in Japan. See more soft-lit photos of what the magazine called “Britpop” Spears at Idolator.com.

Spears’ spread for POP Magazine was created by the Japan’s leading purveyor of puerile popart, Takashi Murakami, (3Yen 2009-04-25). An typical example of Murakami’s popart, “Time Boken”—(Time Crazy) is shown blinking on the right.

  1. Ha, ha, you snidely wrote about the “soft-lit” photos of Spears.

Everybody in photography fucking knows that the soft focus effect is used to hide zits, blemishes, and bad skin.

The effect of a soft focus lens is sometimes approximated by the use of diffusion filter or other method, such as stretching a nylon stocking over the front of the lens, or smearing petroleum jelly on a clear filter or on the front element of the lens itself. It can also be approximated with post-processing procedures [Photoshop].)

Yikes! You are right about the sukumizu fetish. Check out this sukumizu with a front zipper (for male freaks who want to wear one all day) posted today on sankakucomplex.com.

…..Britney Spears has been “reinvented” by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, which sees her “combining high fashion and Japanese manga” – in fact she is wearing sukumizu and a randosel[bookbag], both major fetish items for Japanese lolicon.

  3. UPDATE!!: It was all a scam!!

Britney Spears Loli Cosplay “Against Loli Manga Censorship”
    Sankakucomplex.com | 2010/08/27
the recent appearance of Britney Spears cosplaying a loli was actually an overt political message condemning recent efforts to censor loli manga.
Some background explanation is required – when LDP politicians were pressing for censorship of loli manga using Tokyo regional government ordinances to circumvent constitutional protections of free speech and art, the vice governor of Tokyo, Naoki Inose, appeared on television to support his party’s push for censorship.
During this appearance he took the unusual measure of displaying a piece of “loli manga” which he carefully censored – however, he had actually selected a harmless non-ero gag manga, “My Wife is an Elementary Schooler!” and merely dressed it up with incriminating stickers to make it appear obscene, an act which thoroughly enraged the manga’s author ...more...

That VICE governor of Tokyo, Naoki Inose, does look dangerous, doesn’t he. I doubt that six years in the pen would rehabilitate him— and probably nothing will. Just bury him now and save Tokyo further embarrassment. :-)

  5. Britney is in #6 spot on the 100 Top Celebrity list of 2010 in Forbes magazine. That is pretty good in my book.

  6. Britney Spears? Pashaw!
She’s nothing compared to the Bimbo-of-the-Universe Paris Hilton
The latest arrest of Paris Hilton is proof of her narcissisticattitude toward the law and justice system. Unfortunately, the kids of average people look to Paris as a role model. It’s all veryshameful.

  7. I never thought I would agree with this opinion about Britney, but I’m starting to see things differently since J-Pop ultimate horseshit.

  8. I think ParisHilton was done up to look like MarilynMonroe for her new fragranceTEASE. So of course they would have her look a bit older for the photoshoot.

  9. I am a 15 year old high school student, I have had acne since the 6th grade when I was 12. It used to not be that bad, and it would come and go. Then I started getting it on my back pretty bad in 7th and 8th grade. That’s when I went to a dermatologist. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to help me so I just gave up. Then a miracle happend and getting a lot of sun and using an over the counter acne medication it almost entirely went away the summer going into my 9th grade year.

  10. This chick is basically nastynasty but I still love her. She’s so hot and has got some good talent.

  11. I’ve never been a fan of Britney Spears. I see her parading around in her ugly-looking clothing choices, leading her loyal following of giddy drug-addled schoolgirls around by their noses, and all I can think is “Skank.”

  12. But why do people love her? Is it her voice? Her charm? Her intriguing life? Or, simply because people see a being from Uranus?

  13. She was my trueIdol. I kept playing her music morningtillnight. Everywhere I go play her music too.
