  1. Thanks. :-/ It’s just like you to joke around in such a “charming” metre about the impeding Doom.
However to deliberately make fun of the Japanese like this is highly heart-breaking. Stop it.

  2. What do you call a fish with three eyes? Fiiish.☢ ☢

    My woman from To-key-yo
    She’s glowing green
    My woman from Tokyo
    Going bald at nineteen

EVERYBODY TURN IT UP NOW, YOU HEAR?

    Woman From Tokyo
    — from Deep Purple’s album Who Do We Think We Are!

    Fly into the rising sun,
    Faces, smiling everyone
Yeah, she is a whole new tradition
I feel it in my heart

    My woman from Tokyo
    She makes me see
    My woman from Tokyo
    Shes so good to me

    Talk about a Leica queen
    Dancing in a eastern dream
Yeah, she makes me feel like a river
    That carries me away

    My woman from Tokyo
    She makes me see
    My woman from Tokyo
    She’s so good to me

But Im at home and I just don’t belong …

So far away from the garden we love
She is what moves in the soul of a dove Oo…
Soon I shall see just how black was my night
When we’re alone in her city of light

    Rising from the neon gloom
    Shining like a crazy moon
Yeah, she turns me on like a fire
    I get high

    My woman from Tokyo
    She makes me see
    My woman from Tokyo
She’s so good to me [2X]

My woman from Tokyo [5X & fade]

  4. I can’t help being reminded of the episode in one of the Star Trek series where Humans and Ferengis from the future go back to 20th century America.

The Ferengis were (will be?) a huge-eared species of humanoids from the planet Ferengenar with a sort of super-capitalistic society that lived their lives according to the “Rules of Acquisition.”

When told that humans in the 20th century operated nuclear devices, looks of horror and disbelief appeared on their faces and they said, “On their OWN planet? That is not profitable!”

That’s Deep Space 9’s “Little Green Men” (episode 4×8, see the dialogue at the 1:07 mark).
