I never thought that Tokyo had a “savannah”—flat grassland, but apparently a rock group “Tokyo Savannah,” in São Paulo, Brasil does, ha, ha.

    Tokyo is the Concrete Butt-plug(c) of 1st World and only sells few dozen grass mowers a year to handle its 5+ million households.

    However, indoor growing of grass is popular judging from all the smoke shops selling grass seed (the sale of seed was only recently put under government control and it is still legal to buy “organic” seed to keep your cockamamie COCKatiel happy).
