Strong Shinto juju needed
In front of a nursing home destroyed by March 11's earthquake and tsunami and then poisoned by the multiple Meldowns at Fukushima nuclear power plant, strong Shinto voodoo is performed to console the dead in Ofunato* Japan for Obon, aka Japanese “Halloween” (3Yen / 2008-08-13), that’s held every year to welcome back the spirits of the dead.
Ofunato, like many of the fishing villages in northeast Japan, is struggling to ensure that their folk traditions (such as bon dancing) do not die out.
