Big wind is coming–Must protect my hairdo

At noon today (August 30, 2011) Typhoon No. 12 aka “Talas” is bearing down on Tokyo for a direct hit. No. 12’s strength is listed at “Strong” which may turn out to be a Category 2 or 3.
