Brown danger lurks Japanese schools!

← By way of explanation, the Japanese word on the top is Kiken, which means danger and the text at the bottom attribute the warning to the Parents and Teachers Association of the Mori grade school in Osaka.
However, there is no translation of what the lurking three brown dangers that are depicted in the poster could be.

It’s apparently a reference to Dugtrio from Pokemon — here transmuted into “dog turd trio”, with wit, by the PTA.

Hmmmm. So the Dugtrio is a “mole Pokémon” (Wiki). However, what the PTA is specifically warning children about is mysterious. Perhaps someone in the PTA is having a bit a fun and warning about excessive about of dog poop in the park.
Normally, these handmade PTA signs appear in Japanese parks warn of molesters every Spring (the traditional time for Japanese perverts to appear) such as this typical “Beware of Chikan/Molesters” banner below.
