Today’s tail end of typhoon ” Mawar,” Tokyo’s June rainy season may be starting early this year with a wet Wednesday.

But never fear— the Tokyo Metro nannies are warning about us about salarymen peeing on our heads on the train in this month’s “Manners” poster…

   I just noticed the teddy bear character that is getting abused in all these posters is called “Managuma“—Manners Bear (mangled Japanese-English for mana = manner and guma = bear).
