Old fart phone…for Japan of course
NTT Docomo, Japan's mobile giant has launched its new Raku-Raku (Easy) smartphone for the elderly. Basically, it’s a dumbed-down smartphone running Android with most the functions reduced to make more old fart friendly.
The Raku-Raku is really unremarkable except that the Japanese actress Shinobu Otake (Wiki) was chosen to be the spokesperson for the introduction and she looks remarkably similar to the Icelandic singer-songwriter Björk (Wiki) in the promotional photos: Photo from DayLife/GettyImages ↓ July 18, 2012.
